Service Terms
The practical service terms that apply to appliance repair bookings and completed work.

Diagnosis and quotations
A call-out covers travel and diagnostic attendance. Repair work is quoted after the fault has been assessed. When the quoted repair is completed, the normal call-out is waived. If the repair is declined after diagnosis, the call-out remains payable.
Parts and workmanship
Workmanship guarantees apply to the repair work completed and do not cover unrelated faults, misuse, external electrical or plumbing problems, or failures that arise in other components. Supplied parts remain subject to applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty terms.
Access and safety
Customers must provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance and disclose known hazards. Appliances with active electrical, gas, overheating or water hazards should not be operated unnecessarily while awaiting service.
Parts availability
Model-specific components may need to be sourced after diagnosis. Availability and lead times can change, so a part is not considered confirmed until the correct item has been identified and supplier availability checked.
