Centurion service information
Service area: Centurion, Gauteng and the suburbs and estates listed on our Areas page. Normal scheduled hours: Monday to Saturday, 07:00–18:00. Urgent faults can be reported outside normal hours for technician-availability assessment.
Service model: Mobile appliance repair. We travel to the appliance and do not advertise a public walk-in workshop. For estates, complexes and controlled-access premises, include visitor instructions or an on-site contact when booking.
What to send with your booking
Send the appliance type, brand, model number if visible, exact symptom, any error code, and your Centurion suburb. A clear photograph of the model/rating label is useful when parts or model-specific preparation may be required. If the appliance is leaking, tripping power, overheating, smelling burnt or presenting a gas-safety concern, mention that immediately rather than continuing to operate it.
